Vaiko, the chief of Tamil Nadu party MDMK, has prepared to lead a rally of 1,000 Tamils against Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa if he is invited to Sanchi in Madhya Pradesh. Writing a letter to the Madhya Pradesh chief minister, Vaiko has asked him not to hurt Tamil sentiments under pressure from senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj. The MDMK chief also said that he along with party-workers will hold black flag demonstration, according to Indian media reports. Earlier, he has urged Ms. Swaraj and other party top brass not to entertain president Rajapaksa during his proposed visit to Madhya Pradesh later this month. The leader of opposition in the Lok Sabha has announced that the Sri Lankan leader will lay the foundation stone for a Buddhist education centre at Sanchi in Madhya Pradesh on September 21.  ]]>
